This beer first hit the app as a preorder, but we managed to snag a few extra bottles for those who missed out!

With an insanely high 4.46 UT-rating, Atrial Rubicite is among the most sought after Wild Ales you’ll find anywhere. Back in May they offered us a preorder before they'd even bottled it, and all you Farmhouse fans snapped it up in a hurry! 

So when the team at Jester King offered us a shot at a few extra bottles of the finished product, we HAD to grab one more stash. 

To make this one, the crew started with their own well water, locally grown grains, and a blend of fresh and aged hops. They fermented the brew with their house mixed culture and aged it in neutral oak barrels. Finally, they re-fermented the beer on a mountain of raspberries until it reached absolute dryness. 

After bottle conditioning for natural carbonation, the brewers release to the throngs of thirsty Wild Ale fans who’ve been eagerly awaiting its release. 

How should you enjoy this fabled Ale? We suggest a comfortable spot to sit, a good friend to share it with, and an evening spent watching the sky turn as red as this glorious pour.
