About This Beer
To craft this treat, the Sour savants at Tripping Animals teamed up with friends at Kings Brewing. The duo loaded it with all the bare necessities like boysenberries and black currants before going really wild and hitting it with luscious vanilla and lactose!
Tasting Notes
One sip of this stuff and King Louie would forget all about fire and just wanna drink like you! A jungle of jammy flavors surge through every thick swig. Bramble fruit tang is cut by cascading waterfalls of vanilla splashing into pools of rich currants. An untraceable 6% ABV stalks throughout like a black panther.

I was expecting at least semi-sweet, but this one is very tart and sour. Tastes almost like a fermented orange juice, or a bitter blackberry. The vanilla is basically nonexistent. All the sour and bitter flavors mask any alcohol content. Has a mouth feel of a semi-dry wine or cider. Art on the can is cool. Nice to try, but maybe a 'once in a while' kind of brew. I liked it, my wife hated it. For anyone that likes traditional tastes, or hates sour flavors, this one won't be for you.
