The Tripping Animals crew started brewing together in 2011 in a garage in Venezuela. Taking a leap of faith, the four founders moved their operation to Doral, Florida in 2018 to pursue their dream of brewing professionally. Receiving recognition from the likes of HopCulture and others, Tripping Animals has grown into a nationally recognized name. Their vivid cans, featuring animals with half-lidded eyes, are equally recognizable and a fun play on words –– “tripping” in Venezuelan slang is more akin to “fun, laid-back and having a great time” and the origin of the name.
