Good chocolate notes that blend well with the whiskey aging. Some nice caramel notes as well.

Solid but a touch too sweet for me. The Knob lost a lot of its heavy notes and became sweet. I drank it, but wouldn’t grab again.

Bourbon, woody, cocoa aromas. Rich, fudgy mouthfeel. Notes of oak and bourbon, with some caramel, a little vanilla. Slight booziness on the finish. Really tasty.
