About This Beer
Much like snake charming, crafting decadent BA Stouts takes patience. The Alpha Acid crew gets it. That’s why they let the latest installment of their legendary Barrel Constrictor series rest for two whole years in Buffalo Trace 10 yr barrels. And when it came time for adjuncts, they took the extra step of adding their own housemade fudge in addition to Madagascar vanilla.
Tasting Notes
All that patience clearly paid off, because each sip wraps up the palate in rich chocolate and luxurious crème brûlée tones. Hints of caramel-drizzled raisin swirl underneath, leading to a velvety finish accentuated by oaky vanilla and top-shelf whiskey nuances.
