About This Beer
The team at Southern Grist gets it. For today’s treat, they blended Imperial Stouts aged 20-26 months in E.H. Taylor and Russell's Reserve barrels, then conditioned it all on toasted coconut, marshmallows, cacao nibs, vanilla beans, and almonds.
Tasting Notes
Each sip unveils a smorgasbord of desserty goodness. Notes of chocolate and coconut swirl alongside ribbons of vanilla icing and creamy ‘mallow fluff. Layers of nutty marzipan notes accentuate the roastiness of the malts before giving way to hints of whiskey oak on the backend.
