A Note on This Beer
Even if you’ve tasted every Barebottle IPA and Pale Ale we’ve managed to score, you haven’t tried one like today’s Blooming Bliss. The San Francisco hop masters brewed this Hazy quencher with experimental HBC 586 Hops!
This hop varietal is super new (just introduced last year) and it’s only available in limited quantities. So, you probably haven’t graced your palate with its mango-lychee essences and intense floral notes at all!
Blooming Bliss is backed with doses of Strata and Citra too, so it boasts big citrus and passionfruit aromas in addition to HBC 586’s floral bouquet and kaleidoscope of tropical notes. A whisper of earthy spice rounds it out on the back end.
It’s almost like complex chardonnay meets fresh-squeezed juice, and man oh man is it tasty. Each ethereal sip is like visiting an outdoor market where fresh fruit and flowers abound!
With a flavor palette like this, you can predict more breweries will jump on HBC 586 Hops when they get the chance. In the meantime, we have less than 30 cases of Blooming Bliss to go around, so snag your early taste quick!
