Tasting Notes
To craft Bonanza, The Ale Apothecary took their Carpe Diem Mañana (one of their most popular Wild Ale releases) and infused it with Ponderosa Pine needles just prior to bottling. These fresh additions elevate the oaky, hoppy brew with an inimitable funk of Central Oregonian terroir and herbaceous aroma. Bottle conditioning with honey adds a lightly sweet finish.
