About This Beer
Boxer’s Revenge is actually the first brew Jester King ever made. And they did it so well, it’s no wonder they’ve grown into an absolute powerhouse in the scene. This barrel aged Strong Ale is fermented in oak barrels alongside the presence of naturally occurring wild yeasts and souring bacteria, creating a labyrinth of flavors that titillate the senses.
Tasting Notes
Funky notes of hay accentuate the gentle tartness that ripples throughout the sip. The malts conjure subtle caramel nuances, which play excellently into the hints of vanilla imparted from the oak. A dark cherry kiss lingers on the palate, further obscuring the bold 10% ABV.

Big oak notes, raisin, white grape and a hint of bourbon or peat in the end. Light barnyard funk as it fades. Delicious!
