A Note on This Beer

I love a tropical Mai Tai, but after I knock back a few, the buzz gets a little out of hand.

So, when Braxton Labs released an easy-going 4.2% ABV Berliner Weisse inspired by this beloved cocktail, I dusted off my tiki glasses!

The brewers fermented Noelani Tiki with loads of golden pineapples, tangy tangerines, and zesty key lime juice. Then, they let all that fruit-soaked deliciousness condition on almonds for a nutty finish.

It’s only fitting that ‘Noelani’ means “dew of the heavens” in Hawaiian! The end result is a crushable Sour that tantalizes the tongue with sweet and tart flavors Mai Tai fans know and love.

So, if you could use a tropical staycation, or you’re trying to soak up every drop of summer left, Noelani Tiki is a great way to do it!

This was an epic taste I have never had before. The almond taste is prominent but for me, it made the beer so much better. Never new pairing an almond with a beer would do that. Freaking delicious. Wish I would have gotten more than one.
