Today's Peach Cobbler from Kentucky's Braxton Brewing is total deja vu. 

The brewers pack this Berliner Weisse with 420 lbs of peach puree, vanilla, and cinnamon for a fresh-baked pour that evokes such a frenzy, it's like kids fighting over dessert. 

Which I know all about, because I grew up in a huge family. When all the cousins were at Grandma's house, we’d play outside nonstop. The only way to get our rambunctious butts back indoors was when Grandma made her warm peach cobbler in a graham cracker crust, and scooped vanilla ice cream on top!

As soon as that treat was out of the oven, we fought like cats and dogs to get a slice! 

And, that's exactly what craft fans are doing to get today's Berliner Weisse! If I pulled out this beer at a family get-together, I’m pretty sure my cousin Chris would tackle me for a taste. 

The aroma of warm cinnamon and sweet peach wafts from the golden pour. Refreshing notes of peach drip through each sip as if biting into the juicy flesh of a ripe and perfect pick. Adding lactose and real vanilla beans sweetly balance the brew, like a dollop of whipped cream on top of homemade pie.

Scoring today's coveted dessert brew feels like getting the first bite of Grandma’s homemade cobbler (an honor normally saved for her favorite grandchild) — but there's not enough of this 4.2% ABV cobbler to go around!
