About This Beer
The crew started with a rich and fudgy base, made even more delectable with additions of vanilla, Tugboat coffee, and maple syrup. Then they let this sleeping dog lie in a whiskey foeder for a full year. Still not satisfied, they transferred the brew to Blis maple syrup barrels for ANOTHER year!
Tasting Notes
Every sip is thick-bodied and lusciously flavorful, but with roasty coffee notes to balance the malts it remains shockingly approachable. Nuances of chocolate and maple make for a sweet finish you’ll want to come back to again and again.
