Tasting Notes
A bright lemony tang leads off the sip, followed by layers of honey sweetness flowing into hints of funky Brettanomyces and florals. A year spent aging in Sauternes wine barrels imparts a vinous white grape character and sophisticated oaky undertones.

This is stellar!! So subtle yet full of flavors and the honey comes through without sweet overwhelming the sour/brett flavors.
I drank this just a couple months shy of being 6 yrs in the bottle. I'd love like 6 more...
