About This Beer
After a dreary winter, I’d do anything to bottle up the sweet sunshine. That way, I could crack it open when the clouds show no sign of breaking, when the temp dips low, or whenever I need a little pick-me-up.
Thank goodness Cellador Ales canned that crisp, fresh sunshiney feeling in Chenille: Nectarine. This delicate and light Sour Ale sings with balanced spring flavors of apple, nectarine, and honey!
Tasting Notes
Apple cider must and fresh Masumoto nectarines compliment the tart, dry base with their sour-sweet juice. The talented team at Cellador then bottle conditioned the brew with honey, creating a delightful effervescence.

Not my first pick as I’m not big on Apple beers but even though I don’t care for them this was a very well done beer. Crisp, tart with a Chardonnay finish.

So stinkin vinegary. Just reeks of apple cider vinegar. Insane. I’m still working myself into it and it’s almost gone. Just a lot to work through. The aftertaste is at least pretty okay. Probably would never order it again, but I’m glad I tried it.

The apple flavor was light and not the best. Was crisp and refreshing though.
