If it weren’t for Braxton Labs, I’d have to head to the nearest mall to get my fix of gooey, gourmet pastries from Cinnabon. They baked — er, brewed this Chocolate Cinnamon Roll with all the sticky, icing-coated flavors of a doughy cinnamon bun, topped with chocolate shavings!

For this confectionary Imperial Brown Ale, Braxton used specialty crystal and pale chocolate malts, creating lavish flavors of caramel and cocoa. 

Then come additions of cinnamon and cacao nibs on top of a foundation of flaked oats and lactose. Every luscious sip is as soft and creamy as one of Cinnabon’s melt-in-your-mouth treats!

And, as UT fan @Matt M. rightly points out, “In the big leagues we call these versatile beers... [Chocolate Cinnamon Roll] goes with breakfast as much as a dinner dessert!”
