A Note on This Beer
According to the folks at Michigan’s Transient Artisan Ales, today’s Pale Ale “is embiggened by copious amounts of Mosaic and Simcoe Hops.”
If you’ve never heard the word ‘embiggened’ before, that’s because it was invented by The Simpsons back in 1996. The same episode gave us the word ‘Cromulent,’ which has really taken off! You can even look it up in the Merriam Webster dictionary — it’s an adjective meaning ‘acceptable’ or ‘adequate.’
And now, it’s also a deliciously Hoppy Pale Ale! Trust me, this stuff is way beyond ‘adequate!’ It’s certainly better than the Duff Beer that Homer drinks.
Open the bottle, and you’ll find towering aromas of tangy grapefruit and fresh-squeezed orange juice. Take a sip and its soft berry notes and essences of tropical mango glide over the palate in a crushably smooth body.
Today, you don’t have to head to Michigan (or Moe’s Tavern) for a sip of this brew. Grab a bottle or two of Cromulent right here and embiggen yourself with this crisp and refreshing brew!
