About This Beer
The team at River North let this incredible Stout mature in award-winning Spirit Hound barrels, and these casks are seriously special. First, they held Colorado Whiskey, then Colorado honey, then more Colorado honey, and finally this mindblowing brew for a whopping 25 months.
Tasting Notes
All that time in oak translates to deep layers of wood char and top shelf spirits that play beautifully against the rich notes of milk chocolate coming off the base beer. Caramel undertones add the decadence, and 15.7% ABV goes down deceptively smooth.
