About This Beer
Jester King utilized the old-world technique of Bière de Coupage to craft Das Wunderkind!
They blended an oak aged Saison, featuring complex, funky characteristics, with a brightly hoppy, younger Saison, then bottle conditioned the melange for effervescent natural carbonation.
Tasting Notes
Swirl the glass and refreshing nuances of orange zest and wildflowers leap out to say hello. Go in for a crisp sip and notes of dried grass, pear, and peppery earth weave into the biscuity malts. Hints of tropically-tinged white wine thread through the back end before it all culminates in a bone dry finish.
