Kentucky’s Braxton Labs might be down in whiskey country, but they’re winning over hazeheads with their spectacularly juicy creations like today’s DDH Mosaic Edge of Mysteries. 

This seemingly straightforward Hazy IPA is actually the result of over a year of experimentation. The brewers investigated malt after malt until they found a combination of grains that elevates the hops to new frontiers of tropically tangy flavor!  

Braxton Labs saturated this brew with over 4.5 lbs of Mosaic and Citra Hops per barrel for tidal waves of lush nectar! The brewers showcase mango-peachy Mosaic, plus Citra delivers spritzes of orange peel and pineapple. A touch of dank resin touches down for an extra level of complexity.

Maybe Hazy IPA isn’t the first thing that leaps to mind when you think of Kentucky, but once you get a taste of DDH Mosaic Edge of Mysteries, we bet you’ll be swooning like everyone else.
