This toasty decadence gets its rich chocolate, cherry cordial, and baking spice flavors from copious amounts of dark malts, plus additions of vanilla, figs, almonds, and cinnamon.

Excellent pastry stout - very integrated adjuncts with no one dominating. Very smooth for the ABV.

Amazing! The figs added depth and the vanilla and almond balanced like a well made cookie. Not hot like some barley wines with similar ABV. I’ve got a stout line-up and this will set a bar for the rest.

Don’t know why but I received Cosmos Red Shift and not Centaurus. Not complaining though as it was good s**t! So this review is not for Centaurus. But oh wow. Wow. Chocolate PB pervades the palate. This is a decadent dessert. Hides the boozy 16% extremely well. This is dangerous!

Really complex! Nose is cinnamon and vanilla sweetness. Taste is vanilla with some cinnamon and almond sweetness. Perfectly balanced. Nice and thicc with some boozy warmth. Delicious!

So many barrel aged imperial stouts all feel like different cars traveling in the same lane. This one sets itself apart. The vanilla and almond flavor comes through heavily at first and then the cinnamon spices things up on the back end. Once it starts to warm the sweet figs really make themselves known and really round everything out. It was delicious!
