What’s better than a chewy, chocolatey, crave-worthy Imperial Stout? That’s right! TWO crave-worthy Imperial Stouts!

And that’s exactly what I have for you today with a pair of brand new, chewy-thick, black-as-night brews from Colorado’s New Image — one of Eater’s Hottest Breweries in Denver! 

But, you’d better be quick, because we have just 120 bottles of each to go around.

First up is the ludicrously fudgy, Mexican chocolate-inspired Infinite Sequence. This 13.5% ABV behemoth started as a blend of two Imperial Stouts — one aged in Bourbon barrels for 36 months, the other fresh. 

Then, the crew at New Image loaded up the blend with toasted cacao nibs and real Ceylon cinnamon all the way from Sri Lanka! The result tastes like a cinnamon-spiced hot chocolate from an upscale Mexico City cafe!

Early tasters are loving it, like @Ian N. who says “should have maxed out on this.” Or @Dan O. who says it tastes like “a 70% cacao bar with slight cinnamon melted down into liquid form.”

Is your mouth watering yet? Well hold onto your socks, because this next beer might just knock ‘em off!

It’s called Denomination of Origin - Reserve Series: Papua New Guinea, and it’s absolutely packed with whole bean vanilla from the jungles of that spectacular country. 

These beans aren’t nearly as common as the Madagascar vanilla you might be familiar with, and the brewers sought it out for a reason. It’s brighter and sweeter than other varieties, with soft floral notes that make it popular with pastry chefs. And, you can taste every nuance in this hyper-limited brew.

Just watch out for the towering 12.5% ABV — this stuff is shockingly smooth for the booze!
