The single-origin Mexican coffee beans Jester King loaded into the 2024 edition of Doom Forge really lucked out! They got to bathe in a decadent Imperial Stout base — and now we can enjoy their intoxicating notes of chocolate, pecan, and bergamot.

Each medium-bodied sip contains a silky blend of toasty malts and roasty java. Layers of praline nuances blend into cocoa tones, hitting your taste buds like an expertly pulled shot of espresso. As the mocha flavor fades, a mild sweetness lingers along with a whisper of stone fruit.

solid. not anything out of the world. would I seek again? probably not. still appreciate that I grabbed two cans. coffee sticks out well, but not overpowering.
