About This Beer
Not many craft crews could pull off a 20.36% ABV Belgian Quad, but River North are artists when it comes to big, burly brews. And in their hands, this boozy behemoth is a bona fide masterpiece!
Tasting Notes
Lip-smacking notes of toffee cascade through the sip, swirling into complex notes of fig and candied date. Time spent maturing in Colorado whiskey and single malt barrels imbues the back end with delicate vanilla-oak nuances and a spirited kiss of bourbon.

Sweet but not overly. Definitely boozy but it seems it kicked it into high gear once it takes time to breath. I'm a lightweight so 12 oz was plenty to put on my butt. lol But it was definitely tasty.

Insane brew. Flavors deeper than Mariana Trench. And that ABV is no joke.
