About This Beer
To craft it, the River North crew aged a sumptuous base in a small-batch Colorado whiskey barrel. Then they transferred it to a Colorado single malt whiskey barrel for even more decadent nuances of vanilla oak and char.
Tasting Notes
Nuances of caramel coated dates, brown sugar, and whiskey custard float through every chewy quaff. Dried cherry and whispers of woody spice carry through the end, all hiding an enormous 19.5% ABV.
