About This Beer
When Jester King brought their signature attention to detail and local ingredients to the IPA game, the results were just as juicy and refreshing as you’d imagine.
They began with a soft base of locally-grown wheat and oats hopped with El Dorado and Motueka cones. Then they fermented the brew with Simcoe before hitting it with Citra and Sabro. Lastly, the team double dry hopped it with a finishing flourish of more Motueka and Citra.
Tasting Notes
Waves of nectarine, pineapple, and lemon-lime notes surge through the sip, delivering bright pops of nectar and zest amid a hint of coconut creaminess. An herbal undertone follows the swirling stone fruit and citrus nuances with resinous cedar tones giving this Hazy a satisfying conclusion.
