A Note on This Beer
This time of year in Seattle, all you can see in the sky are gray clouds stretching for miles. If only those bland, monochromatic puffs were as vibrant and delicious as Double Grazing Clouds from Mountains Walking — I’d be in haze heaven!
And probably a little blitzed, since this stunner hides its 8.5% ABV better than the Pacific Northwest weather hides the Sun!
To craft it, the Montana crew brewed a pillowy base with flaked barley and locally grown oats for a sip as fluffy as its namesake. Torrents of tropical juice erupt out of every drop courtesy of a whopping 7 lbs per barrel of Motueka, Citra, and Galaxy.
A delectable downpour of luscious peach, bright mandarin, and zippy lime nuances cascade through every velvety sip. A drizzle of pineapple, mango, and kiwi follow, dripping into a hint of balancing pine.
Now’s your chance to kick your seasonal affective disorder to the curb with this bright ray of sunshine. Maybe grab a couple extra cans so you and all your friends can cheerily watch those clouds roll on by while sipping on paradise.
The last time we had this beauty, y’all called it “top notch,” “beautiful,” “bomb!” and “exactly what I look for in a Hazy.” One of you even called it "Yummers in thy tummers!”
