About This Beer
The brewers at Revision let this stunner languish in Woodford Reserve barrels for 16 months, drenching it in flavors of whiskey caramel with just a hint of oak.
Tasting Notes
Those bold and boozy barrel notes nuzzle against big fudgy flavors from the base Stout, seducing the taste buds with hints of cherry and coffee. On the finish, a long lingering afterglow of almond-like nuttiness sprawls across the palate — this is a brew that will leave you wanting more!

The worst beer I've ever had. It's so strong it makes you gag.

Strong - but that’s what I bought it for.

Great balance of chocolate and bourbon! Silky smooth finish as well.

Late night booze cruise. Notes of butterscotch, vanilla, pecans? and of course it's all wrapped up in an envelope of booze. Slightly sticky in the finish and some subtle tartness. Decent.

I shared this with a friend who brought a bottle of Woodford Reserve...... perfect together! The shots went down like water with this Stout.

A masterful blend of whiskey and chocolate to say the least. The initial nose on it reeks of bourbon barrels. The robust flavor is a brilliantly sweet balance of chocolaty sweetness, and silky molasses. Well worth the investment.

Bourbon barrel, molasses, coffee. Also interesting vinous note. Rich, thick, balanced brown sugar sweetness and dark roasted coffee.
