About This Beer
For this fruit-fermented Farmhouse Ale, the JK team used hand selected watermelons from the Rio Grande. They also added in Llano pilsner malts, Denton County wheat, and flaked oats. It was fermented in stainless steel with mixed cultures, then refermented with watermelon juices from hand selected watermelons from the Rio Grande Valley. It’s a laborious, delicious bottle worth the work!
