About This Beer
This Wild Ale shines bright with a mellow, easy sipping tartness from mixed culture fermentation and prolonged aging in oak barrels. Hints of stone fruit from second use Montmorency cherries come through more like apricot or peach, for a symphony of luscious yet subtle flavors.
Tasting Notes
Let a sip linger on the palate, and you’ll lose yourself in nuanced tones of nectarine and freshly cut hay. Earthy notes add depth and complexity to the brew, subduing the acidity and drying out the finish for a beer you could explore all afternoon.

Suppose I had high expectations but this seems a bit light on flavor for me. No cherry at all. The concentrated cloudy bit at the end was better.
