A Note on This Beer
I remember hearing beer geeks around Chicago brag about how good Hailstorm’s Hazies are, and how they won GABF Gold by beating out 400+ other IPAs. I was jealous that I hadn’t tried them yet.
Then, I started hearing hopheads in Michigan raving about how the brewers at Transient Ales make some of the best IPAs in their state. I looked them up — it was true. They have a whole arsenal of highly rated hoppers, and a higher brewery rating on Untappd than both of their colossal neighbors at Founders and Bells!
At this point, my fear of missing out was on overload.
Today, I FOMO no mo’! Because we’re sharing the first-ever collaboration juicebomb from Hailstorm and Transient.
After tasting the grassy-dank flavors in Gov't Mandated Loneliness, backed by hoppy notes of papaya and passionfruit, I have no qualms vouching for both breweries — this is FIRE!
Some people will say it’s worth the wait. Not me — I recommend trying this brew the first chance you get, A.K.A. right now.
