About This Beer
Great Notion brewed a fluffy base with a dash of toasted rice and fermented it with vanilla, guava, and a silky ribbon of milk sugar for all the signature flavors of a mochi ice cream. Then they amped up the fruity nuances with a dry hopping of Mosaic, Sabro, and Motueka.
Tasting Notes
Tropical pops of guava, papaya, and lychee weave through the creamy base, accented by hints of stone fruit and lime zest. Herbaceous undertones lend balancing touches of lemongrass to the back end, before it all culminates in a smooth vanilla finish that invites you back for more.

Beer tasting
Cotton candy, guava deliciousness. Tastes like candy. I love my IPAs a bit sweeter so this one is nearly perfect. No bitterness at all although I do wish a little hop character shined through. I’ll be buying more of this one!
