Great Notion first made a name for itself as one of the first haze makers in beer soaked Portland, Oregon. Once the soft, fruit-forward juicebombs brought them in, people started staying for their culinary-inspired, “anything goes” Sours and Stouts, including their renowned Blueberry Muffin Sour. The three brewers live under the mantra “keep beer fun,” and with their unorthodox ingredients and approaches to brewing, Great Notion has remained a fun space full of delicious beer as they’ve spread throughout the PNW.
