About This Beer
The GABF-winning crew at Great Notion crafted this maple and Mostra coffee-infused treat as an easier-drinking little sibling to their beloved Double Stack Stout.

amazing brew, great flavors of roasted coffee but it is over powered by maple syrup flavors that lingers at the finish.

Creamy head, maple syrup and roasted coffee aromas, subtle maple syrup sweetness muted slightly by the rich dark coffee notes, and a dry finish.

Definitely let this guy warm up first. Metallic and bitter straight out of the fridge, but the coffee and maple shine through much better as it gets closer to room temp. Surprisingly dry, but that's not a complaint.

Nice balance of maple, coffee and chocolate. Nice balanced roasty finish. Their Stamper Stout plus maple ?

It’s a lighter, more coffee ish version of the Double Stack.

Above average coffee stout for me. Still packed a punch vs. the Double Stack. Coffee maybe a little bitter? But maple made it pretty sweet overall.

Espresso notes are fantastic. Perfect balance of sweet Maple Syrup in every ultra smooth sip! The low-ish Abv was the icing on the cake! Loved it!
