A Note on This Beer
Tara Hankinson and Leann Darland aren’t your everyday brew crew: they opened New York City’s first female owned and operated brewery with their sights on changing the craft beer game!
Focusing on approachable, easy-to-drink beers that reach across the boozy aisle, Talea whips up unique and delicious brews that cater to hardened beer connoisseurs, everyday wine sippers, and fun-loving cocktail fanatics alike!
Case in point: Today’s Haba Haba Splash is a Fruited Sour, but one drink and you’ll be basking in the wondrous, summer-y margarita glow, complemented with mango, tamarind, habañero and pink sea salt!
The sumptuous, juicy mango flavors start off every taste, leading into a delightful pucker from the Sour base. Then, just as you settle into the tart sip, the spicy kick from habañero comes rushing through! The heat notes linger, but the pink sea salt settles and adds a layered touch right at the finish, kicking this can up a notch in complex, summertime flavors.
Folks are already flooding the gates of Talea’s newly opened taproom, singing the spicy praises of this beautiful Sour:

- “It’s not fair with Talea because the beer is so good, and their cans look so cool too! “ @Joshua H
- “Spicy boi indeed. Turn up the heat and then cool down after!” @Michael H.
