When co-founders and avid homebrewers Tara Hankinson and Leann Darland became friends, it only took them three months to turn their beer making dreams into a reality — they got their LLC and opened up TALEA Brewing! Since then, Forbes, Vinepair, and The New York Times (among countless others) have highlighted the accomplishments of New York City’s first female-owned and operated brewery. Their inviting Williamsburg taproom makes for an excellent home base, where TALEA beers flow on tap and as featured beer cocktails for the discerning sipper and casual fan alike.
