A Note on This Beer
Welcome to another edition of painting with Tavour! Today, we’re going to start with some little Pacific Northwest Hops in the form of earthy Simcoe and floral Centennial. Then, we’re going to add some spicy little Chinook Hops from a farm just down the road from today’s brewery — Transient Artisan Ales, in Bridgman, Michigan.
Lastly, we’re going to do a little double-dry hopping with all three hops for some tasty little flavors of juicy peaches, ripe tangerines, fresh melons, and resinous pine.
Let’s take a step back and see what we have! Ah, it’s an Imperial IPA, Happy Little Trees! This masterpiece of delicious dankness smells like you’re walking through an evergreen forest, with flowers blooming all around you. Each refreshing sip is like a bite of fruit salad, with just a hint of spice at the end.
Local fans are jumping up and down for this limited release, saying things like, “I can't wait until this is brewed again! Amazing amounts of haze and deliciousness in a can. I love this!”
And, with a very happy 8% ABV, this beer is an ideal companion for any art project! If you’re anything like me, your talent will keep improving with every sip.
So, get out your little paintbrushes and prep your little canvas. It’s time to enjoy a happy little hopbomb!
