The cone connoisseurs at Jester King brewed Hazy IPA with a trio of specialty malts and water from the Lower Trinity Aquifer. And they hopped it with 3 lbs per barrel of Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, and Sabro.
Tasting Notes
Swells of citrus and stone fruit course through each taste, bringing nuances of zesty lime, mango, and peach to the fore. OJ and apricot nuances ripple throughout, while pine sap undertones add a balanced bitterness. And it all finishes with a hint of coconutty smoothness.
