A Note on This Beer
Not everything is worth the hype. Flock of Seagulls haircuts? Yikes. Leg warmers? Definitely not. That ‘Call Me Maybe’ song? Maybe.
But Hype Yeast? Yes!!
It’s a new, fruity, Double Dry Hopped IPA brought to you by Transient Artisan Ales.
These Michigan brewers create concoctions so sought-after by locals that the brewery started a reserve subscription membership! But don’t worry, we smuggled some cans of their IPA across state lines so you can see what all the hype is about!
For you, fruity and herbaceous hops lovers, Hype Yeast has a blend that will transport you to a backyard garden party. The brewers selected some of the classics, Idaho 7, Citra, and Azacca, and added Michigan-grown Cashmere Hops to give a distinctly local twist. Notes of juicy orange and ripe pineapple balance out a medium bitterness that finishes smooth.
Untappd fans are definitely hyped:
- “Smells amazing. Light, soft mouthfeel” @Justin L.
- “Yessssssss! Creamy mouthfeel. Just delicious.” @Colie Z.
- “This is my jam. Soft, slightly bitter pineapple with a juicy lingering finish” @Ben A.
Here’s your chance to taste a beer that Michigan craft fans buy subscriptions to get their hands on. Grab a can or two of Hype Yeast and you’ll be the envy of your next Zoom happy hour! Now that’s something to get hyped about!
*Craft Beer and Brewing Magazine called Transient a “Break out Brewer” for creating beers that are “works of art.”
