the cognac character mutes some of the dry fruit sweetness and mouthfeel on this one causing a drying effect on the palate that doesn’t quite agree with me. love the idea but seems a bit off

Good bw but I like mine more malty. Not a criticism of Block 15 at all, the beer follows their description very well.
