About This Beer
The Texas legends at Jester King conditioned a tangy Farmhouse Ale on heaps of second-use raspberries, previously steeped in their celebrated Atrial Rubicite. And they spontaneously fermented it so that every dry sip brims with nuances of the local terroir.
Tasting Notes
Pop it open and fresh fruit and hay aromas come bounding out. With every mouthful, complex flavors of tart brambleberries, earthy chamomile, and subtle oaky tannins dance across your taste buds, carried by its sprightly natural carbonation.
