The Burial crew pulled out all the stops for this one — they worked with their friends at Methodical Coffee to create a custom blend of chicory and coffee beans just for this beer! Then they added bourbon barrel aged raisins and vanilla beans, and amplified the bakery notes with cinnamon, nutmeg, and toasted French bread.
Tasting Notes
Plenty of roasty coffee with hints of raisin bread and top shelf spirits. A silky swirl of vanilla should tie everything together, leading to a slightly bitter finish that balances the malty sweetness of the beer.
