About This Beer
The team began Misirlou with a blend of beers featuring either second-use apricots and olallieberries, or noyaux — stone fruit kernels that have an almondlike flavor. Next they infused it with lemon and lime, before finally conditioning it all with a touch of sweet-and tangy pomegranate molasses.
