About This Beer
The legendary brewers at Jester King teamed up with their fellow craft scientists at New Image to create this feat of human ingenuity. Together, they added aged hop terpenes and plasma to this stunning Saison for complex floral characteristics and let it referment with hill country peaches for funky, fruity flavors.
Tasting Notes

Very funky, almost bitter, and much more sour than anticipated. Hints of stone fruit, becoming almost citrusy and pithy when blended with the tartness. Takes some getting used to and better shared than enjoyed alone, but overall a very pleasant, unusual, and quite special experience.
