About This Beer
The Texan tipple titans began with a mature, barrel aged Wild Ale. Then they added over 5 lb per gallon of tart, Michigan-grown Montmorency and Balaton cherries before refermenting the brew until it was bone dry.
Tasting Notes
Cherry pie aromas flow into the swig, where each taste is like plucking a cherry fresh from the tree. Tangy, earthy nuances meet mild barrel tones before fading into a lingering, juicy finish with toasty hints of vanilla and marzipan.
