About This Beer
For this opulent Imperial Stout, the absolute legends at Mortalis teamed up with the renowned Beer Tree Brew Co. They started with a chocolatey base before layering it with coffee custom roasted for Beer Tree, toasted coconut, Madagascar vanilla, cacao nibs –– and cheesecake! THAT is my kind of brunch!
Tasting Notes
Velvety cascades of rich dark chocolate, silky coconut creme brûlée, and roasty espresso course through every thick quaff. It’s like sipping on a luxurious coconut mocha all hiding a 10% ABV.

Not bad. Tastes like a standard mortalis stout though not really detecting much beer tree influence here

The best part of this rich stout was the roasty coffee that cuts through the sweetness because with vanilla, chocolate, coconut and cheese cake?! this could be too sweet. But overall well executed with a thick, silky mouth feel.
