About This Beer
Brewed with well water, Texas-grown Llano Pilsner and Denton County Wheat from TexMalt, organic Perle hops from The Oregon Hophouse, orange peel, coriander, and a touch of lavender, each sip is complex and nuanced while still remaining absurdly refreshing. Plus, after first fermenting it in stainless steel with their signature mixed culture, the crew re-fermented it with fresh squeezed orange juice, so it’s teeming with bright citrus flavors.
Tasting Notes
Tangy notes of barnyard funk swirl into floral lavender and earthy spice upfront. Tangerine follows, accentuated by a subtle hop bite that deepens the pithy fruit nuances. The swig culminates in a dry and effervescent finish that makes No Whalez Here supremely drinkable.

A bright, peppery witbier. Strong farmhouse funkiness, with botanical notes of lemon and citrus peel and pith. Only get hints of coriander and lavender, would have loved a bit more spice and herbaceousness to complement the citrus.
