About This Beer
JK’s brewers added six pounds of marion blackberries for each gallon of mature, oak aged Sour Ale. Then they refermented the beer until dry and bottle conditioned it, giving the medium bodied brew a soft and lively effervescence.
Enjoy it alongside a roasted chicken with rosemary, braised white beans with sage, or any dark chocolate dessert.
