About This Beer
Jester King took a mature, barrel aged Sour and refermented it on juicy-ripe strawberries from Poteet, TX until it was nice and dry. Then the crew bottle conditioned the unfiltered brew for natural carbonation.
Tasting Notes
Each pour bursts with jammy berry aromas. Take a taste and nuances of tangy fresh fruit and strawberry fruit leathers thread through hints of lemon, lemongrass, and haylike barnyard funk. Along with some dandelion whispers, it weaves a refreshing tapestry that practically begs to be sipped at sunset.
