About This Beer
For this massive collab between the colossuses of craft at Perennial and GOAL Brewing, the duo aged a rich Imperial Stout for an immense 30 months in bourbon barrels until every drop brimmed with enormous cask character.
Tasting Notes
Decadent dark cocoa tones cascade into nuances of whiskey caramel and creme brûlée on every thick, velvety quaff. Sumptuous mocha and chocolate-covered raisin tones rise on the end alongside hints of vanilla oak. Careful though — a behemoth 14.2% ABV hides in these delicious depths!
