Not exactly a Reece’s peanut butter cup, but it’s still an excellent dessert stout. Nice blend of dark chocolate and peanut butter. Rich.

I love this, but I also love peanut butter and porters. It isn’t overwhelming or even all that powerful but it’s well balanced and easy to drink and tastes like it advertises.

Great dessert stout. Paired it with some spoonfuls of peanut butter, and boy was that good! However, as a stand alone stout, it doesn’t quite hold up on its own without the sweets to pair it with. The PB gave it a half a star all by itself, otherwise it would have been rated slightly lower.

Any good porter should be a touch smoky, and this one lacks in that department. A good porter, but not great. I guess I’m more of a stout fan I suppose. The flavors are there, but I feel they fight, rather than compliment each other. The lactose is not sweet enough to inspire me to enjoy it more.

Tavour sponsored Sunday Funday 7/7 What a finish! The PB invaded your nose with each breath. The taste is a mix of chocolate and peanut butter ooey goodness. I can only imagine what this would be like to taste as a dessert. I want some!
